Rachel Adams, Homeopathy

About Myself

I started my working life as a general nurse, working for years in a variety of settings before training as a mentalrachel.jpg health nurse and specialising in adult mental health community work.

Since childhood I have always loved plants and have explored the value of plant extracts and essences in healing over a long period of time. While working as a mental health nurse I focused my interest on complementary medicine and decided to train as a homeopath. This training took 4 years and during that time I explored other alternative approaches to health, and later trained as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner.

I run a practice from a clinic in my home and I also work as a Bach Foundation Practitioner at St Wilfrid’s Hospice in Chichester. I give a lot of presentations about Homeopathy and Bach Flower Therapy to local organisations. Currently I am learning counselling skills which I feel will benefit my patients.

I specialise in treating people who are suffering from;

  • stress related physical and emotional problems,
  • high blood pressure,
  • IBS,
  • skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis,
  • menopausal and menstrual difficulties,
  • sensitivities and intolerances,
  • anxiety and panic attacks,
  • phobias,
  • eating disorders,
  • depression;

and chronic problems such as;

  • sinusitis;
  • asthma;
  • arthritis,
  • chronic fatigue

And many others…
